Ellie is responsible for the implementation and management of the companies HR functions, such as ensuring all employees adhere to the HR polices and procedures, advising Managers on handling day to day issues concerning their team members, carrying out associated administration, guiding Managers with employment legislation, supporting the recruitment process, etc. Since starting at Hayley 247 she has gained qualifications in, Team Leading, AAT Accounting, ILM Level 5, CIPD Human Resource Management, GDPR, and Mental Health First Aid.
