The Machinist will provide support to the machine shop department by producing goods and parts from raw materials, using processes such as welding, pressing, and machining. This includes the setting up of machinery and programming.

Working in a busy department for a group of engineering companies which are part of a large large multi-national organisation, the Finance Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Finance Managers with monthly, annual, and ad hoc reporting requirements.

The Gearbox Fitter will provide support to the gearbox repair department by dismantling & assemblies of all types of industrial gearboxes whilst providing a detailed inspection report highlighting operational issues with the machine being assessed.

The Pump fitter will provide support to the Pump repair department y dismantling & assembling of all types of industrial pumps whilst providing a detailed inspection report highlighting operational issues with the machine being assessed.

The Buyer’s role and responsibilities will involve sourcing and buying materials or products needed for the production of goods. The Buyer will ensure that materials are purchased at a reasonable cost, within budget, and delivered on time for production. You will liaise with suppliers and negotiate contracts while maintaining good relationships to secure favorable pricing and terms.

You will also monitor supplier performance and quality, ensuring that the goods meet the required specifications. The Buyer also maintains an accurate inventory record and evaluates suppliers based on performance and financial stability. They keep up to date with market trends and identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve the supply chain process.
