HAYLEY 247 DEXIS, a leading engineering services provider, based in Dudley, West Midlands, today announced the successful acquisition of GB Electrical Engineering Limited, a business known for high-quality electric motor repairs and associated electro-mechanical services. The transaction is a core strategic move designed to integrate both proprietary capabilities and talent, accelerating HAYLEY 247 DEXIS’ aspiration to be the go-to name for reactive, planned, and preventative maintenance projects for all manner of industries.
As part of the integration, all GB Electrical Engineering employees will join the HAYLEY 247DEXIS team, immediately strengthening its expertise in the rewinding and refurbishment of industrial electrical motors. A brand-new facility has been opened to house the new equipment and incoming team, expanding the existing footprint of HAYLEY 247 DEXIS workshops on the Castle Mill Estate, Dudley.
