Our engineering services division, HAYLEY 247 DEXIS, is accelerating the growth of its operations at its lead facility in Dudley, West Midlands, by opening a new rapid response Electro-Mechanical Repair Centre.
The new Centre represents a significant capital investment by the company, as it continues to diversify the round-the-clock engineering services that it can provide to customers requiring reactive, planned and preventative maintenance work.
A new division will be formed to complement the Gearbox Service Centre, Pump Refurbishment Centre, machining and fabrication facilities already onsite in Dudley.
With advanced capabilities including rewinding of electric motors up to 450kW, the facility is equipped to handle both complex and time-sensitive projects. It also offers rapid refurbishment and repair services for small to medium-sized geared motors and pumps, ensuring minimal downtime for clients and maximum operational efficiency.

As part of this, a significant recruitment drive is now underway to add over 20 new team members to the growing HAYLEY 247 DEXIS workforce. New opportunities for skilled and aspiring professionals include roles including: machinists, industrial gearbox and pump fitters, and technical support engineers.
