The unit’s degraded condition posed a serious risk to reliability and could have led to costly downtime if not addressed promptly.

HAYLEY 247 DEXIS engineering team carried out a comprehensive refurbishment, applying precision machining and fabrication to return the gearbox to full operational condition.
Our scope of work included:
– Supplying and fitting new gears, output shaft and bearings
– Performing custom machining and fabrication to restore critical components
– Completing a full overhaul of the lubrication system to ensure reliable performance
– Shot blasting, painting, and rebuilding the gearbox to specification
Every stage of the process was handled in-house, ensuring tight quality control and fast turnaround.
