We can service, repair, and monitor any type of extruder gearbox. All gearboxes are fully stripped and fully inspected. A comprehensive, detailed report is standard. Full rebuild reports and test documentation is also supplied as standard.

We have our own in-house precision gear manufacturing business in Lamond & Murray Ltd, who specialise in reverse engineering of obsolete or long lead time gears.

All serviced and repaired units come with our 12 month warranty. We offer extended warranties for gearboxes we have serviced or repaired which we go onto conditionbase monitor.
